Emily C. Cunion

Emily was born and raised outside of Chicago, Illinois. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in English at the University of Iowa before attending Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Emily spent several semesters at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, interned for the Honorable Judge Warren Granville, and for Arizona Voice for Crime Victims. During her second and third years of law school, as a certified law student, Emily conducted numerous hearings and trials in county and justice courts. In her last semester, Emily traveled to Chicago to participate in the National Criminal Justice Trial Competition. Upon graduation from Arizona State University, Emily was admitted to practice law in 2016.

Emily’s practice areas include civil and commercial litigation. She looks forward to building a career in civil litigation.

In her free time, Emily enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She also enjoys rooting for her hometown Cubs and Bears and her alma mater Iowa Hawkeyes.
